The Missouri State Employee's Charitable Campaign provides State of Missouri employees with one unified fundraising campaign to contribute to charitable organizations. Participants may choose from three levels of giving: Discovery Club Donors must be a first-time payroll deduction contributor and pledge an amount equal to or exceeding $1 per month to total an annual gift of $1 or more for every $1,000 per years of salary earned in state employment.
