Alliance for Epilepsy Research PREDICTING SEIZURES – THE LATEST RESEARCH
- Leading edge researchers in
Kansas City have developed a method of predicting seizures up to 3 minutes
in advance. This multidisciplinary team is now using these warnings to
trigger electrical stimulation in the brain to stop seizures from occurring.
