unzip and then open each of the word documents which is the
2008 CFC Application .
Save
each document as a file on your computer (locally), enter your information
in the gray areas, other parts of the document cannot be changed. After
completion of each document save changes and print.
Mail
or deliver the hard copy to Community Health Charities,
OPM requires original signatures.
